Report an Outage

Students, faculty, and staff

To report an outage and initiate an investigation, contact the ITU Support Center by phone (x3-8870) or report the outage immediately online using Service Desk Express (SDE) at http://sde.gmu.edu/selfhelp/ (your NetID and password are required).

From this page, you can:

  • create new incidents (outage report)
  • track the status of open incidents
  • update client information
  • communicate global events by adding entries that can be viewed as ticker-tape style messages
  • get more information on how to perform the above by pressing Help in the upper right hand corner of the Self Help homepage.
